Just like great old aged red wines, good Champagne evolves with age - less fizz and becomes creamier with richer scents of creme brulee and hazelnuts; and a more flesh and a more persistence flavor that is rarely found in young Champagnes. Thus there are many aficionados that chase after the old bottles around the world.

If you are one of them, you are in luck! Today we have a short but sweet list of old Champagnes to offer. All purchased from a cellar in France and in excellent conditions. Some of the most notable bottles are the Piper Heidsieck Rare because they are non-vintage and hardly seen before, and also the Perrier-Jouet Rose 1985 which comes in a gift-box with 4 beautiful flutes included. Last but not least, there are also some old disgorged Jacques Selosse lieux-dits and the Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs.
