A non-intervention winemaker, Bruno Clavelier took over the vineyard in 1988 after his excellent career as a rugby player in the top division in France. His style of wines are pure and focused and he is now working attentively with biodynamic methods. With practices of maintaining old vines and proper usage of oak, the wines are showing excellently their characters from each plot of land.Steen Ohman from Winehog had praised Bruno to be "a friendly, extremely dedicated man whose perfectionist approach to winemaking and understanding of terroir are impressive." .

From lower on the slope with more clay in the soil above a layer of crinoidal limestone, this is perhaps the most classical of Bruno Clavelier’s village Vosnes. Deeper darker raspberry fruit with a little touch of garrigue, livelier and fresher behind, with slightly firmer tannins – but the balance between fruit, acid, and tannin is well judged. Tasted Dec 2018.
