Founded in 1960s by Henri Sélèque who planted the first vines in 1965 and marketed his initial bottles in 1969, J-M Sélèque is the third-generation of the family who took over the estate in 2008 who put the estate to the stage.
 
The estate spans approximately 9 hectares and is divided among 45 parcels across 7 villages. Jean-Marc Sélèque converted to organic and biodynamic practices, aged his wines in Burgundy barrels to enhance complexity and applied minimal sulfur and dosage to focus on the expression of terroirs.
 
We are delighted to offer Jean-Marc Sélèque Solessence Extra Brut, with blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir, it also includes 50% reserve wines to enhance its complexity and structure. The new disgorgement of the NV Extra Brut Solessence Nature is based on the more challenging 2017 vintage, but that hasn't held it back. Revealing aromas of orange oil, white flowers, hazelnuts and yellow apples, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and satiny, with bright acids and a long, saline finish.
