A small-scale, artisanal estate located in Aÿ in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne, Champagne Romain Henin is founded by Pascal Hénin, an independent winemaker, the estate is now run by his son Romain Hénin, who took charge of the vineyard and winemaking in 2021.
 
Romain Hénin brings a fresh perspective to champagne production, drawing on his experience with renowned winemakers like Sébastien Mouzon and Henri Giraud. Romain converted the entire estate from organic to biodynamic farming. Without additives or sulfur, the styles focus on expressing the richness and aromas of Champagne's terroirs, resulting in structured and identity-driven champagnes that reflect the character of the Aÿ terroir.
