Shipping policy

Local Shipping (within Hong Kong)

All deliveries will be made with temperature-controlled delivery services.

​Delivery is free-of-charge for orders reaching HK$3,000 or 6 bottles; for order under HK$3,000 or 6 bottles, a flat fee of HK$80 per delivery will apply.

Delivery Schedule -

Hong Kong Island: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Kowloon & The New Territories: Everyday, Mondays - Saturdays
*Tung Chung: Deliveries will need to be scheduled one week in advance; Park Island, Discovery Bay and Other Outlying Islands: No delivery service can be provided to these locations at the moment. 

Note:

(1) Any request for deliveries outside of the above schedule will be subject to a surcharge. Please check with your respective account manager for details, or reach us at 3957-1080 or WhatsApp 6112-1779 anytime.

(2) We will not be responsible for any entrance or gate charges higher than HK$50 at the delivery destination. Kindly help settle such charges in advance, or we will send the receipt to customers to repay such charges after delivery has been made.

Overseas Shipping

If you wish to have the wines shipped abroad, you may arrange your own courier to pick up the wines directly from our office by appointment (Address: Unit G, 10/F, Winner Factory Building, 55 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong). All shipping and relevant fees will be at your own cost.
