The Noellat family has a very long history in Vosne-Romanee in which the two brothers, Charles and Ernest, were the main players in the family in the early twentieth century. Charles Noellat’s daughter Odile Noellat married Alain Hudelot later to form Hudelot-Noellat. Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg was established in Vosne-Romanee in 1933 by Jeanne Gibourg and André Mugneret and produced Bourgogne Rouge, Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Echezeaux Grand Cru.
