Founded by Gérard Mugneret, Domaine Gérard Mugneret is a family-owned estate in Vosne-Romanée spanning about 8 hectares of prime vineyards, including prestigious sites like Echézeaux Grand Cru. The management was handled to Gérard’s son Pascal Mugneret in 2005 and drove a profound evolution toward minimal intervention, emphasizing vineyard health and natural winemaking.
 
Dramatic changes from vineyards and cellar when Pascal discontinued herbicides in 2005 and adopted organic practice from 2011. And whole-cluster fermentation was adopted in higher percentages and a higher proportion of new oak was applied to the wines. These results to an elegance and aromatic profile of its wine with structed style to be built for aging.
 
We have a small parcel of Vosne-Romanee Aux Vigneux 2023 which accredited as an “Outstanding Top Value” wine by Allen Meadows, who described “This is really a very good Vosne villages and a wine that's worth seeking out”. From a plot near the famous Les Suchots Premier Cru, vines were planted in 1929 and 1939 and 30% whole cluster has applied during fermentation which looks fantastic in its value and quality.
