Noël Ramonet et Fils represents the latest chapter in one of Burgundy’s most revered white-wine dynasties, carrying the Ramonet name into a new generation with confidence and precision. Founded in 2023 by Noël and his sons Michaël and Pierre‑François, the domaine draws on deep family roots in Chassagne- and Puligny-Montrachet, focusing exclusively on whites from some of the most prestigious terroirs in the Côte de Beaune including Batard-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet Les Ruchottes 1er Cru. The style is all about energy and finesse: pure, mineral fruit, beautifully defined structure, restrained oak and a vibrant, transparent reading of each cru that remains faithful to the classic Ramonet spirit.
 
An outstanding year of white, 2024 has a very good quality however, the production has been sharply reduced by 30-35% down compared with 2023. White Burgundy from 2024 is expected to be tightly allocated and quickly absorbed by the market so it is time to collect a few when they are available -
