Vinified in Champagne method, 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in Akeno town, Hokuto City. Whole bunch press and first fermentation in oak French oak barrels. Afterwards, it received a long 60 months with lees in a bottle. The best sparkling wines made in Japan.
