A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited release in which Frédéric Savart selected a few outstanding plots of the vineyard to create a special cuvee. We are delighted to offer a parcel of “012” edition, this is a Champagne rose produced by 91% Chardonnay from Le Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru vineyards and blended with 9% Coteaux Champenois from Bouzy and Ambonnay Grand Cru. Only 1.5L Magnum was produced in this cuvee which received a 3g/L dosage. Tasted on November 22 and gave us full of great memories, I am delighted to be able to offer limited quantities today -

Round and seductive, comes up with layers of crushed berries, redcurrant, blood orange and subtle floral note. It comes up with weight and spicy flavors at the back and would be a great wine to start as a light red wine at the table.
