Champagne Savart started to produce Champane in the 1970s by Daniel Savart and now passed the ruin to Frédéric Savart who is the son of Daniel. Frédéric Savart made a lot of changes in the house and worked actively in the vineyards to give expression of the purest nature from the Champagne. They own about 6 hectares of vineyards in Montagne de Reims and Villers-aux-Noeuds, all of these vineyards are classified as Premier Cru, 4 hectares are Pinot Noir and 2 hectares are Chardonnay.

Savart L'Accomplie NV is usually the first cuvee to be tempted into this brilliant grower Champagne, it’s made by 80% Pinot Noir from Ecueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds and 20% Chardonnay from Ecueil. The dosage remains 5 grams per litre with around 36 months with lees.

Based on the 2019 vintage, with reserve wines from 2018, the latest rendition of Savart's NV Extra Brut Premier Cru L'Accomplie opens in the glass with notions of pear, toasted almonds, dried white flowers, clear honey and vanilla pod. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and precise, with a vibrant core of fruit, chalky structure and a mouthwatering finish, it's showing well.
