Champagne Savart started to produce Champane in 1970s by Daniel Savart and now passed the ruin to Frédéric Savart who is the son of Daniel. Frédéric Savart made a lot of changes in the house and worked actively in the vineyards to give expression of the purest nature from the Champagne. They own about 6 hectares of vineyards in Montagne de Reims and Villers-aux-Noeuds, all of these vineyards are classified as Premier Cru which 4 hectares are Pinot Noir and 2 hectares are Chardonnay.

A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited release which Frédéric Savart selected a few outstanding plots of vineyard to create a special cuvee. After offering “011” edition on Monday, we are delighted to be able to offer another parcel of Ephemere 014 Grand Cru NV , 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the base wine is from 2018 harvest, stayed with lees for over 3 years and disgorged in 2021.
