The domaine produces five reds and two whites, and the Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes is a fantastic cuvee among the wine connoisseurs and professionals. The production is extremely small as they comes the oldest among all of the wines Sylvie Esmonin produces, the grapes are come from two vineyards which the vines were planted in 1919 and 1920, with over 100 years old of age, it gives the density, power and structure as well as ability to age.
