Vosne-Romanee is one of the most well-known appellations in Burgundy thanks to some of the most prestigious producers who are situated in the area such as Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Domaine Leroy, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair, Georges Noellat and so forth. The wines here are often found to have a beautiful combination of both elegance and power. They usually show off ripe fruits and strong tannins with hints of spices when young then evolve into preserved fruits and gamey scents as they age.
