Domaine Amiot Guy has a history dating back to 1920, established in Chassagne-Montrachet by Arsene and Flavie Amiot, and is currently managed by 4th generation Thierry and Fabrice, sons of Guy Amiot. They cultivate and produce both red and white wines, all coming from the best terroirs of Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Saint-Aubin and Santenay; and is among one of the 15 owners of Montrachet Grand Cru. Most of their vines were planted in the years between 1920 and 1930 thus have a low yield naturally but offer great value for the aromatic concentration of the grapes. The vines are meticulously cared for, from pruning to harvest, as the Domaine aims to express the true terroir identity of each plot.
