Les Horées was founded in 2019, Catharina Sadde turned herself from a trained chef to winemaker from studying oenology and viticulture in Montpellier and at the University of Geisenheim. After that, she did several internships in Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Joseph Drouhin, Comte Armand, Comte de Vogüe and Cècile Tremblay, a perfect background that she were able to turn herself to one of the most exciting young winemakers in Burgundy.
Nowadays Les Horées owns 1.56ha of vineyards and the rest from purchased grapes from wine growers with they have very close relationships. These vineyards are harvested by the Les Horées team and the team is allowed to apply biodynamic treatments in all of their vineyards.
