Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux, established in 1858, is a family-owned winery based in Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy. It spans 14.5 hectares across 15 terroirs, producing wines from village-level to grand cru designations. The estate has undergone transformative changes under the leadership of Charles Lachaux, the sixth-generation winemaker, who took over management in 2015. His innovative approach has elevated the domaine's reputation to new heights, earning global acclaim for its dynamic viticulture and winemaking practices
 
Charles has adopted organic and biodynamic farming methods, emphasizing biodiversity and vine health. He employs techniques like high trellising and the Guyot-Poussard pruning method to optimize vine growth and nutrient flow. Experimental high-density planting and labor-intensive canopy systems have further refined vineyard management.
 
Also, the domaine has shifted to sensory-driven winemaking with increased whole-cluster fermentation (up to 100%) and reduced reliance on new oak. In 2022, oak aging was eliminated entirely in favor of sandstone amphoras, reflecting the commitment to purity and terroir expression.
 
Starting from Vintage 2020, the wines are only supplied to restaurants or assorted cases to private collectors, making it more difficult to access than ever. We are delighted to offer:
